Advocate for comprehensive officer wellness programs and policies that identify and support the mental health and physical well-being of Chicago Police members.

1	Support District Councilors’ efforts regarding increased community input about officer wellness.
2	Support CPD’s identification of officers in need of support and effective provision of the services needed.
3	Continue to monitor CPD’s implementation of the Early Intervention Support System.
4	Advocate for clear education around what services are available to officers and how accessing services will (or won’t) affect their job.
