Under the CCPSA Ordinance, District Councils are responsible for having at least one member attend Quarterly Meetings with representatives of the other District Councils to identify trends and concerns. They are also responsible for sending a delegate to an Annual Meeting to propose priorities for the Commission. The first page provides data on district representation at each Quarterly and Annual* Meeting. The next page provides information on attendance of each individual Councilor. Please note that while some Councilors may choose to not attend the Quarterly Meetings, the requirement is only that one member of the District Council attend the meetings. *Annual Meetings also count as Quarterly Meetings*
