Veronica I. Arreola serves as the chair of the 24th district council (Rogers Park, West Ridge, Edgewater) for Chicago’s Community Commission for Public Safety and Accountability. She is the founder of the West Ridge Ward Action network, a collective of politically minded neighbors. Veronica is a public voice on all the things that inspire her, including as a published author, appearing on radio and TV, and in Chicago’s storytelling circuit.
