Thomas McMahon is a 37-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department retiring as a Captain in 2010. He has a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Chicago State University where he taught as an Adjunct Professor for eleven years. He and his family have been active in the Pullman neighborhood in the 005th District for forty years where they continue to reside.
