Keola (Keo) Jean Joseph (They/Them) is a dedicated advocate who has lived in the 24th District for ten years, where they have worked and volunteered in the community. Currently employed at the Lighthouse Institute, Keo supports those in recovery and improves practitioners’ quality of care through research. With six years of community organizing experience, they have led events focused on mutual aid, voter accessibility, and community support. Passionate about addressing the needs of the diverse residents of the district, Keo seeks to bring their advocacy and service experience to the Council to ensure everyone’s voice is heard.
