Elizabeth “Beth” Rochford is a lifelong resident of the 17th District. By profession she is a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. She is an active member of her parish, St Clement Catholic church in Lincoln Park. Through her works with the Justice Ministry at St. Clement, she began doing community organizing with ONE Northside.

She was a founding member of ONE Northside’s Police Accountability Task Force which was a member of the GAPA and then ECPS coalitions. She worked to pass the ECPS Ordinance that created the CCPSA and the District Councils. Her passion for this work led her to run for the 17th District Council and she was grateful to be elected.
