As a 4th District Council member, Brenda Waters, community engagement coordinator, I am committed to bringing more transparency in the 4th District.
I would like to see my community come together with the Chicago police department and work to make the community safer. I was born and raised in Chicago and all my life growing up as a child, I felt safe. My goal is to make sure that my community feels safe and protected by Chicago Police Department
