Policy Description:
Amends the Prohibition on Associations with Criminal Organizations Order by adding to the definition of “criminal organization” to include groups that practice or support terrorism and groups that practice or support illegal discrimination and prejudice; expands on the list of prohibited activities with criminal organizations; reorganizes the distribution of responsibilities for implementing the Order.
