Deondre Rutues is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a diverse background. With experience at Nestle, Coca-Cola, UPS, Cook County Sheriff’s Office, and Chicago Public Schools, he excels at connecting with people from various backgrounds. As a community leader, Deondre’ serves the westside through the Northwest Austin Council and advocates for social justice & equity with Black Workers Matter and West Side Rising. With a PhD in Business Psychology, an MBA, and an MA in Industrial Organization Psychology, his versatile skillset combines theory and practicality to drive success for organizations and the personnel that contribute to the organization. Currently, he leads police districts 11, 15, and 25 as a Community Engagement Specialist for NYU’s Policing Project. He is an elected member of the 15th District Police Council. Deondre’ is also a proud father to a lovely baby girl!
