Ephraim Lee
Chair
Second District Councilor Ephraim Lee is a lifelong resident of the city of Chicago. He is a married father of two boys and currently resides in the Bronzeville community. A graduate of Chicago State University with a B.A. in psychology and a master’s in social work from the University of Illinois at Chicago, councilor Lee also served 26 honorable years as a leader in the U.S. Navy. His desire for the Second District is to act as a mediator of fairness, dignity, and transparency, between a Chicago police department that has failed to live up to its full potential and the citizens who have come to disbelieve in its effectiveness.
